Looking at architectural and construction practice in Portugal, we identified a recurring challenge: the lack of coordination between the different phases of a project and the people involved in the process.
When decisions and details are left unresolved until construction, unforeseen issues can arise with an impact on timelines and costs. We believe a well-developed project and clear communication are essential to reduce that uncertainty and let the client move forward with greater confidence.
We work with BIM (Building Information Modelling): the different disciplines are coordinated in a shared model, developed according to the complexity of each project — up to LOD 500.
Applied to the execution project, this allows planning and costs to be anticipated more reliably and reduces omissions along the way. At the end, the client receives the model.
