Private villas

Luxury villas in the Algarve, designed around you

A villa is never just a building. We design each home around its plot, its views and the way its owners want to live — and we resolve the details before construction begins, so the finished house is exactly the one you imagined.

01

Bespoke, not catalogue

Every villa starts with a careful study of the site: orientation, slope, views, neighbours and what the local regulations allow. The concept grows from there — open interiors, sheltered outdoor living, pools and gardens that belong to the landscape.

Recent Algarve projects such as Casa TA, Casa PN, Casa AM and Casa VV show the range: from sculpted courtyards and arches to homes set among pines or into a quiet valley.

02

Architecture and interiors together

Because we design the interiors as well as the architecture, materials, light and joinery are considered from the start rather than added at the end. The result is one coherent house, inside and out.

Our execution project defines materials and construction details with precision — the basis for reliable quotes and fewer surprises on site.

03

Built with confidence

We coordinate structure and building services in a shared BIM model and follow the construction on site, clarifying questions and guiding unforeseen situations, so the built villa matches the design.

At the end, you receive the BIM model of your home.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design both the villa and its interiors?

Yes. Atelier do Lago is an architecture and interior design studio, so the house and its interiors are designed together by the same team.

Can you help before I buy a plot?

Yes. A feasibility study shows what can realistically be built on a plot under the applicable regulations — a sound basis for a purchase decision.

Do you stay involved during construction?

Yes. Site supervision is one of our four phases: we follow the works so the result corresponds to the design.
